How can you charge 10% when others charge 15–25% plus fees?+

Are there any fees besides the 10%?+

What's the catch with the 30-day cancel?+
There isn't one. Written notice, we finish the month's work, hand over files and keys, and part as friends. No exit fee, no penalty.
Do you really pass maintenance invoices through at cost?+
Yes. The original vendor invoice lands in your Owner Portal, and you get direct vendor phone numbers so you can verify any bill yourself.
